I'm having a huge issue using Rclone.

If I configure reclone using the default configurations, at some time opens a web page to I log in on the BOX, if I am not logged in, and a simple page with one blue button to authorize.
Simple like that, I can use the Rclone, but I can't rename files, only files, the folders I can rename perfectly. I can delete, create, copy, and move folders and files to anywhere but I can't rename only the files.


Obviously, I had think the issues were on Rclone's side until I tried something.


I created an application on dev on Box with 2-OAth to generate the Public/Private Keypair, download the JSON, and succeed.
With the app, I can do everything and, principally, rename files, but the user created by the application has only 10GB of size and I need much more than that, and I sought everywhere in the Box application where I could set up that like a usual user to have no limits.


I tried every kind of authorization on Rclone, but some options opened a web browser page to authenticity but it's broken, not exist, I will be sure that it is a clone bug but I can't understand by myself how other ways to authenticate the Rclone.


I need HELP, to solve


or my problem renaming files with the simple authorization method by my email and password on the Box platform
or set the user attached to the application to unlimited storage.

Help us understand the issue a bit more.


Looking at rclone documentation it seems the preferred way is to use a JWT config json, obtained when creating an app in the box developer console.


Make sure the app has app+enterprise access and enable all the permissions, at least for testing purposes. Make sure the app is authorized by your box administrator.


When using a JWT authentication, rclone is authenticated as a service an enterprise service user, and if you checked the option to enable the "as-user" it should be able to impersonate any other user. So an extra parameter should be there somewhere, and from the rclone documentation looks like this one.


However this does not justify by it self that you can copy, delete, move, but not rename.


Can you help us reproduce this? Let us know the step by step, and include all configurations of your app.
