Hello.
By mistake, I wanted to upgrade my company account (3 seats) with an extra seat (for a total of 4 seats), and I bought 5 more seats by mistake (8 in total now).
I would like to know how can I go back and not be charged for the 5 more I bought and just be charged for the 1 extra one I need.
Tomorrow is the renewal date of the yearly seats, and I would like to avoid paying and keep unnecessary seats for an entire year.

In order to correct the total seats you wish to purchase, please send an email to cancel@box.com and someone from the team will reach out to you to assist on this.
