Question

I am uploading files onto box but when I refresh the screen they are no longer there

I have asked colleges to check, and the files are not there. I have logged out and restarted my computer but no difference.

What's really odd is when I try to upload the same file again, it comes up as version 2, so box knows the file is there.

Also, when I delete a file, if I then refresh the page that file is not deleted.

Please help! I cannot do my job otherwise! Thanks!!

We are also seeing this issue

When I attempt to move files from one folder to another it also looks as if it's worked, but when you refresh the page the move has not happened
