I am not receiveing email notifications of uploaded by file request form

Is this recurring only for files uploaded through your file request form? If yes, can you please try to upload via Drag and Drop? 

Also, did you already checked your spam/junk folder?

Case1:　Turn off "Required uploders to log in to Box"  in file upload settings

                Email notification was not sent.

Case2:　Turn on "Required uploders to log in to Box"  in file upload settings

                Email notification was sent.

*Both cases are for the same folder.

Also , i already checked my spam/junk folder.

If possible , i hope that you will try the case above.
