When I go to click to change owner on the overall folder, it won't allow me to change the editor to an owner. When I go to the individual folder, it clicks on owner, but won't change status.

I am having error or unable to change ownership of by box folders to another individual.

To be able transfer the folder ownership is only available for the folder owner. Are you attempting to change the ownership of a folder you're collaborating with? If yes, please have the owner to accomplish this instead.
