I am facing a critical issue of .stl file not getting previewed in the box previewer. Its been a week I did not get any resolution

I am facing a critical issue of .stl file not getting previewed in the box previewer. Its been a week I did not get any resolution, Resolve it on priority or else escalate the case, we have upgraded our plan to see the files and its not supported for many.stl files
