I am a collaborator invited but i cannot get into the BOX invited

I am a collaborator and the admin invited me to the company BOX.

I clicked to approve the invitaiton on the email, however, I still have not been able to look into their box yet.

Would you tell me whats could be happening?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I would suggest to directly communicate with user who invited you. Based on your account, you are under a free user and you are not part of the Enterprise yet.
