I accidentally deleted a user from my corporate account. I need to restore a deleted user.
please tell me what to do?

Hello Box Support Team,

I need assistance with recovering a user account that was accidentally deleted from our Box enterprise account.

The deleted user does not appear in the “Deleted Users” section in the Admin Console, so I believe the account may have been permanently removed or requires backend restoration.

Before providing any personal information such as the user’s email address or the deletion date, I would like to ask:

1. Can I provide the user’s information (email address and deletion date) privately within this support ticket?
2. Is this ticket fully private between Box Support and our organization, and not visible to other users?

Once I receive confirmation, I will provide the necessary details for the recovery request.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’d love to help recover your deleted user. 

Since this process will require account specific details from the deleted account, I opened a new case and a member from the Box Product Support team will get in touch.

Hi @Rona

Thank you for opening a new case.

I have already received an email from your support team, and I have replied there with the deleted user’s email address.

Just to confirm, I replied directly to the email I received from Box Support.
Is this the correct way to update the case, or do I need to reply through the Box support page instead?
