I need help from a Box support specialist who can investigate why calls to the api folders endpoint (https://api.box.com/2.0/folders) for a specific drive (not my individual drive but a customer's drive that our app integrates to) are always returning 401 errors since about a week ago. Previously, the endpoint calls were returning successfully. Also, the access token for this customer's drive is refreshed frequently, and those calls succeed every time. Furthermore, the customer is able to access their Box drive with no issue.
