I loaded the box.com app on my new iphone 13 and took some vids. 1-3 minutes long. I get an error message when I try to upload to a box folder. Box works fine from my pc, but the vids are in my iphone and the reason I have box is to get them out of my phone to box, so I can download them to my pc. Any thoughts?

Do you have a screenshot of the issue you encounter when uploading to Box? May I know the size of the video you are trying to upload?
