File i am uploading contains data in different laguages(UTF-8 encoding). However when i download the uploaded file it replaces them with '?'. Can you provide way so that i can retain data as it is.

Thanks for reporting this. I tested this and was able to reproduce the behavior you described. I will file a bug report, and update this thread when I have more information.
I tested this further. I don't think it is a bug with Box, but potentially a bug in the file conversion process before uploading to Box. Are you converting a XLS to a CSV in Excel? Can you please inspect the CSV in a text editor and see if everything is appearing as expected?
