How to temporarily halt and resume syncing with Box Drive?

There is currently no option to pause a sync in Box Drive. If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

Such a fundamental option missing from Drive. As far as my memory goes, this was possible with Sync, yet Box promotes and encourages the transition from the more capable Sync to the less capable Drive!

Box is a crappy corporate application. Very buggy and limited. Probably good for administrative workers, dealing with MS Office files, but definitely not intended for power users.
