We’re currently using the /folders/trash/items endpoint to get trashed items. When I recover them, I use the GET files and GET folder endpoint to sync my files in Box. It appears the modified_at date doesn’t update when a file/folder is restored thus the file/folder never gets restored as undeleted in my system.

Would it be possible to update the modified_at date whenever files/folders are recovered from trash?

Hello,

We are currently using the /folders/trash/items endpoint to retrieve trashed items, and when we recover them, we rely on the GET files and GET folder endpoints to sync the restored files and folders back into our system.

However, we’ve encountered an issue where the modified_at date does not seem to update when a file or folder is restored from the trash. As a result, the file or folder is not recognized as “undeleted” or restored in our system, which is problematic for syncing.

Best Regard,

Kerolina
