People provide different links to upload files to different locations, for example here is two upload forms:

https://parmyproductionsllc.app.box.com/f/2a1f25ffb2fe46f9bc0cd46440ab3928
The forms ids are different, but in browser they looks exactly the same!
Is there any ways to add a custom text to form Title (and description text will be good to) on that forms?

The option to customize a File request form including changing the form title and adding description is currently available to our Business and Enterprise Plan accounts.
