Hello,
I want to set a specific folder for SFTP use with an external person/vendor. As of right now, SFTP takes one to the root folder and has access to everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Box Community!
Box does not support active FTP or SFTP. You can either use FTP, FTPS, or FTPES.
Furthermore, the purpose of FTP is for bulk migration of data in Box. FTP is designed to be used for initial bulk upload and occasional bulk download of files from your account -- we do not recommend FTP as your main access method.

Thank you for the reply. This would be for only one folder, as my team wants to have a vendor automatically send files to the folder and we would automatically pull the files as well. You would not recommend this either?
