Did something change in the last few months regarding the ability to send links to non-Box users and for them to download without having a Box account?  I have been able to do this up until now.  I don't think I am missing a step.

Hi Cathy,

Welcome to the Box Community!

The feature to allowing users to Share links to non- Box users has not changed but the you might want to check with your organization if they made changes with this setting.

You want make sure that you set the correct Shared link access type when sharing links to those that doesn't have a Box account.

Please see this article for details on how to set this permission:

what about multiple files - can you share multiple files by sending a link to multiple files in one email with one link to access all files shared?

Hi Don,

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for jumping in!

If you would like to share multiple files using one Shared link, I suggest putting all those files into one folder and generate the Shared link for the folder.

This way, you will be able to generate and use just 1 Shared link for others to access all those files.

Hope that helps!

Best,

I keep getting an "error sending link" message after I just sent links successfully to 10 people.  And I can't find any way to contact support - and this is time sensitive as well as secure documents.
