The Folders are no longer showing how many files are contained within. We have a business process that require file count in order to prioritize certain Box folders for review and estimating how long the review will take.

The removal of the file count has destroyed our ability to estimate work and we are doing the process blindly. I'd like the file count to return but it is serious enough that if we cannot have essential features like file zoom slider and file count back, I will be a proponent for switching to a different file storage solution.

Can you please check if they are visible now? Meanwhile, if the issue continues, clearing your browser's cache and cookies might help.

Hey Rona, thanks so much for trying a script to try and put back in the file zoom slider for me. However, I am still not seeing it nor seeing how many files a folder has (file count.) I have already tried following your instructions to clear browser cache and cookies.

Perhaps an issue is that I am part of an enterprise Box account. My company includes Box in their website domain.
