how to report when a service is down?

For example, at the time I'm writing this, ftp.box.com is down for everyone. So, like to be a 'good citizen' and report it, but there is nothing that I can find that lets me do this. At the bottom of the 'status' page there is a link the ostensibly I should use to report something, but it doesn't connect to anything remotely useful. At all.
