How to Remove MFA

I have one use that cant log on because they are prompted for MFA but they don't have Authentication set up and cant login to switch it off .. I am the admin .. Can I turn it off for that user? we don't use SSO either

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    It looks like your account does not have the Instant login option to disable this settings for the affected user. The feature is currently available only to Business plus and higher plans so it might not be available to you due to your type of account.
