I see this user in my external user list but don't get an option to edit/remove this user.
this looks like something internal setup by BOX as I never added this user. It also shows up in both my box account..
is my account hacked?.

I am having this problem. 2 Managed Users have also appeared in the External Users list bringing our seat count over the paid number of seats of 3. How do I delete these two users from External Users--it will not allow me to do so.
