How To reflect a file in Box to a local folder immediately after it is uploaded using Box Sync?

I used Box Sync in order to synchronize files on Box with local folders.

Question: Is it possible to reflect a file in Box to a local folder immediately after it is uploaded to Box? Or is there any way to deal with the Box Sync API interval?

What I want to to: When a file is uploaded on Box, I want it to be reflected in the local folder within 30 seconds.

Bottleneck: Box Sync can reflect local files to Box immediately, but it seems to take a long time to reflect files in Box to local folders.
