how to recover multiple file which permanently deleted?

I received some email from box to inform me someone deleted the folder. I can not find the deleted file from the users account. And no body know why and how the data lost. Does Box have mirror backup? i would like to recover the all the file date.

Hi Jess,Welcome to the Box Community!To confirm, are you the owner of the folder that got deleted or is it owned by someone else?If it's a folder owned by another user and someone else deleted it, only the owner and the deleter will be able to restore the deleted content.Please have the owner check his Box Trash and see if he can recover the deleted items there, I recommend using the filter "Items I Own" in Trash as it is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder they own.
