Hello.
I want to share PDF files using sharing links with customers don't have box account nor box app.
PDFs are read only and sized 5-10MB each.
From browser for android and iOS, PDFs are unable to open, loading process never finish.
They works well accessed from PC browser and from box apps for mobile.
It seems not to be caused whether PDFs have layers or not.
Could you kindly tell me how to open from mobile browser and ideal PDF setting.

If you are able to access the link on PC browser and Box apps for mobile, you should also be able to open it in Mobile browsers.
Have you asked your clients to try clearing their Mobile browser cache and disabling add-ons?
If that doesn't work, you may open ticket for this issue with our support department so they can help you investigate.

I cleaned my mobile browser cache and tried again.
Cache was cleaned well.
But it failed to open files.
