I have an account with unlimited storage, but it is 10G limit per user. From admin console I can increase the storage limit for each regular user up to regular user up to unlimited, but did not find any where to increase the storage limit for app user? Is there a way to do that for app user ?

both managed and app users can be configured from the admin console in the same place 🙂

I have the same problem. My custom app account is capped at 10GB, and I don't see it in my admin console.

The admin account is present in managed Users, and everything else is empty.


I got the answer:

 

From the Admin Console, go to Users and Groups -> Managed Users -> Bulk Edit -> Download file of current users. The bulk edit tool gives you an excel sheet of current users, where you can edit that "service account" to have unlimited storage too.
