How to I view/access stats for multiple folders of files

Access stats are only available in every file and not for a folder.

But by running a "User activity" > File management report (which only admin can generate and co-admin if they have access to the admin console), you can have complete audit log of all user actions on all files and folder.

Is it possible to see the downloads for share links through the user activity?  It seems like that report only allows you to view the activity of managed users, but I'd like aggregated access stats for our publicly shared files.
