I got an error message and I reported back to Box. Box said " you need to have an open support case to have this investigated. click here". I clicked but it goes in a circle of support community. I don't know how to get an open support case. Please help!

Thank you for the response! I believe it was something like “ box could not update”. I don’t have that message any longer but from reading some of other people’s past post it seems the similar. I could not get the answer from the posts , so I asked here.


Box said it could not update my Box Drive to version 2.37.142 today, 12/20/2023.  The log files were just sent.  This is wlemery0626@gmail.com.

I’m having this problem now too.

 

It’s pretty sad that the app send you to the site and then you can’t do what it tells you to.

How do I open a support case? It’s not complicated.
