How to give access to service account on box

We need to give access on another computer to this box but am unsure how to get our computers to link to the same box or even give them access. please help

    Welcome to Box Community and I’m here to help!

    Are you trying to share your Box content to a colleague who's an existing Box user? If yes, you can invite your colleague as a collaborator in your folder. 

    Meanwhile, if the recipient is a non-Box user, this person could either "sign up for free" to be a collaborator or you can share your content through a Shared Link with "People with the link" access.
