How to get security logs using Box Eventlog API

Hi  , thanks for quick reply. I am using admin_log stream type.

I need to get the security logs when some settings are changed, similiar to security log report (Security log report ).

The list of event types for that log are listed here https://developer.box.com/en/guides/events/for-enterprise/#event-types

Do any of these fit what you are looking for?

I couldnt find any events for setting changes of enterprise in that list.

Let me explain, what logs i am looking for

When i go to admin console > Enterprise setting > Security  , and make changes such as

• prevent user from changing their primary email address
• notify the primary admin of failed login attemps etc

After making changes if i run Security logs report  , this setting changes appear there

e.g

But no new logs appears in eventlog api (https://api.box.com/2.0/events?stream_type=admin_logs) 

 any help on this, please

 Unfortunately, we do not have API events equivalent to those in the security log report at this time. 

I recommend filing a feature request at pulse.box.com if you'd like to see these added.

I found this thread because I am trying to get the same Audit information about Account/Platform changes.  The links to Upvote are all broken and I suppose Box has moved to Uservoice.com but it only gives the Home page.  Is there a new Vote for getting Admin changes to the Integrations and Feature changes to be available using API, specifically MS Sentinel Axure Functions and Box Data Connector?

As a fallback it would be nice to be able to Schedule the Security Log Report.  That is also not something possible as of March 2025.
