At a recent Box Local event in London, one of our customers commented he needed help in terms of getting buy-in across his organisation to drive adoption of Box. It was something that resonated with other folks in the room so I wanted to share some of the suggestions that were raised with our wider Box community.

Leverage Box University courses

These courses are available to all admins and include a range of self-paced modules, below are some that are relevant to change management and adoption

Box University Admin Courses, Self-Paced Education Tracks

  • Admin Product Track:

    • Establish a value proposition

    • Communicate and educate successfully

    • Build a Change Network

Work with your CSM to build and run a Box Champions Network

The premise here is to leverage your most active users to promote wider adoption across their respective teams. There are many ways of doing this so we recommend you partner with your CSM to work out a plan.

Work with Box Consulting

We have a number of change management and education specialist that can work with you to take your adoption to the next level. There are various options here ranging from a tailored consulting engagement to modular consulting packages - reach out to tour CSM for more information.

What if I don’t have resources to run a full change programme?

We recognise that not all customers have the right resource at the right time to run change programmes. This is why we’ve put together some self-start resources to help you get things off the ground:

Driving adoption: a self-start change management framework

Driving adoption - Getting Started, Four-Step Guide

A big thanks to 791535188, Philip Taylor and Rhodri Coleman for the great conversation!

Dear Community members, welcome your inputs on what has worked for you in your organizations, feel free to comment on the thread!
