how to enable the tracking codes

Hello,

 

I am working on developing an integration with Box.com. I am trying to enable tracking code feature as mentioned here - https://community.box.com/t5/For-Admins/What-Are-User-Tracking-Codes/ta-p/235

 

However I am not able to see the enterprise setting option in admin console eventhough I am the admin of the account. Please help.

Hi :

 

The tracking codes are something that needs to be enabled by your Customer Success Manager (or support, if you don't know who that is).

 

As to why they do this and don't just have it turned on for everyone by default, I'm really not sure: tracking codes are one of the more obscure, but incredibly useful, features of Box.
