Im facing an issue where if we delete an external user, it only deletes the access to the folders but not the account. I need it because that user should be re-created but internally, not externally, so we cant delete it until everything its clear

This does not work for me. I am trying to clean up our external users and though they don't have access to any folders, I am unable to remove delete them. When I click the option to delete, I get an error saying they can't be deleted. This only applies to some users; I can remove some just fine. Please help me clear away this clutter.
