In order to help me rule out a browser-related issue, do you mind confirming the following?
- Are you using the supported browser to access Box?
- If it’s recurring in all browsers, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
- Please try disabling any plugins on your browser
- Confirm with your IT team that your network and firewall have been configured according to our documentation here.

Hi I tried on Chrome and MSFT Edge - I have latest browsers. So I will try the trouble shooting - but I don’t think it is a browser issue - it’s like these 2 users have been “hard coded” in. They are no longer with the company and should not have access. Have you seen this issue before. The snippet I had in my support email request , clearly shows they have no drop down to choose.
