I tried to create an enterprise application and authorize it with JWT authentication. But in the step of application key pair creation, I saw the error saying we have to enable 2 step verification to create the key pair. But in my environment, it is not allowed... Do you have any workaround for this? I cannot change the method of authentication (JWT auth). Appreciate your help.

Unfortunately 2FA is a requirement and there is no workaround at this time. Do you have any context of why this isn't allowed? Since this is a security enhancement I'm curious why an enterprise wouldn't allow it. If you'd like to see this added please provide your feedback to our product team and pulse.box.com.

Hello Kourtney,

Thank you for your comment! One possible scenario is that integrating Box with Active Directory or IDaas like OneLogin, Okta, and so on. My understanding is that we cannot enable 2FM in such a situation.
