How to copy/move from Android Pixel 7 to Box?

I used to open the Box app, then my Android’s File app and copy or move files on my phone to Box storage. With a new Google Pixel 7 phone, I can t figure out how to this - anyone able to offer some steps to do this?

    Let me ask if you were able to download the Box app on our new Google Pixel 7 phone? Or you can just go to 

    https://app.box.com/login and put in your Box credentials to access your Box account.

    Yes, the Box app is installed on my phone; I have the same setup as my previous phone.
