How to connect my IBM Cognos Analytics tool to "Box"

Hello Team..I use "IBM Cognos Analytics" tool to create data visualizations using source excel files. However, these excel files are stored in box and get updated on daily basis. I need to connect my analytics tool to box so that i can automate the process. How can i accomplish this? I have found a connector in my "IBM Cognos Analytics" tool called 'Progress DataDirect Autonomous REST'. It asks me to enter below information from my box. how do i get a JDBC url from my box? So the JDBC url is of the format jdbc:ibmcognos:autorest:Sample='endpoint_URL'. Can someone guide me through the whole process?

    I'm not familiar with IBM Cognos.

    It does seem you'll need to use both API's (Cognos and Box) to accomplish this, something like:

    • Download the file from box (using the box api)
    • Upload the file to Cognos (using the Cognos api)

    A quick google search lead me to this example, not sure if it is applicable.

    Let us know if you need help downloading the file from box programmatically, we can help on the box api side.
