I've got my trash bin permanently deleted but my account says I'm out of space. How often does the trash bin purge the cache? Or is there a way to manually do it?

How to clear deleted files cache?
Hello, I'm wondering what the answer is to this person's question as I am having the same issue. Box says that I'm out of space, so I cleaned up a lot of my files/folders and it's made minimal difference. I've emptied the trash, but notice that some folders show a higher file size than the files that are actually in the folders.
