I am an individual user and cannot figure out what plan I am currently using.

Where can I find my plan?
And when will the payment billing occur?

I am Japanese. 
I use Google Translate tool.

If you want to see your complete account details including your account type, you may go to your Account Settings > Account menu. 

As I have checked, I see that your profile in this post is linked to a Personal Lite account, which is the Free version of Box. The account billing page you are looking for is only accessible to those with paid Box subscription, and should you decide to upgrade your Box, you will be able to access it here.
