How to change user id
My user I’d for my Box account is an old email that I no longer use…
Email from Box used to go to that address.
How do I change my email contact info AND my user I’d to my current email address. I did try to look at the forum for this but didn’t find it. Thank you.

You can follow these steps below to change your primary email address:
To add an email address:
- Click Add More Emails/Link Personal Email.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
