How to change account email

Are you still able to login to your Box account? If yes, please follow the steps in this helpful article from our Box Product Support page on chaging and updating the email address.

If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.

thanks for your reply... this is the situation:

1. yes I am still able to access with the old email;

2. I already read the article that you advised but for some reason I don't understand things don't run as expected.

I have followed the Chapter Login and Email Addresses to make a secondary email (thereafter to switch as Primary).
Something got wrong, I mean that when I receive the email verification:
- I click on the link;
- I log in with the old email;
- then the system open a page to set a Single Sign-On password, I set it and the reponse is 403 FORBIDDEN Attempting a prohibited action.

I am getting crazy.

...I was forgetting... when I log in (with old email) in https://support.box.com/hc/en-us then if I click on My Activities a small windows appears with:
You have an unverified email
You can’t view requests because one of your email addresses has not been verified. Click here to verify your email
...and the tour start again ... I am in loop :-(
