How to automate individual folder creation?

I work in higher ed administration, and we use Box to store student uploads. Our current process includes a team member creating a folder for each individual student, and then giving Previewer Uploader permissions to each student’s school email address. 

I’d like to know if there is a way to automate this process. I have an Excel sheet that contains the name of the students and their email addresses, and ideally, I’m looking for a function that would use the name column to create a Box folder, and use the email column to generate permissions. Is there a current Box function that might work with these purposes? Thank you!
