How to add items to integrations menu for internal use by our enterprise?

We want to add some functions to the Integrations menu for files and folders. I have created a new app in the developer console and the menu items are appearing on my own box items, but I can't find out how to make them available to other users in our enterprise.

I have read this article that explains how to publish the integration to the App Gallery but that's not what we want, as the functions only make sense inside our enterprise.

We have tried adding the app Client ID to "Custom Applications" in Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Apps, but only get an error saying "This app does not use server authentication."

How can we make this work, what are we missing here?

There is a way to do this, but it requires some assistance from Box. If you can make a ticket with us at support.box.com, we'd be happy to help you out!
