How to access /shared_items API endpoint with app's client credentials (Without getting access token from a user)

Question

Hi,
I'm working on an application which needs to fetch meta details from a shared link and I want this without the users Authentication.

Is there a way that I can make this API call with the client id and client secrets of my application ?

If not please suggest some other ways
