Hello,
I am trying to get to the most recent version of our document on box.com and the version are not showing up and on the comments in "activity" it says version unavailable. Is there a way to get access to the update version with edits?
External emails keep editing the document, but I can't access their edits at all. Can anyone tell me what I need to do in order to get access to those edits so I don't lose all their work?

The number of file versions that Box saves is limited. The maximum number of prior file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type:
