Deciding whether to switch over to Box.com for my team of 9.
Sometimes all 9 of us are in a document at the same time and making edits. Can the Box servers handle this if we’re working inside a Microsoft Word Online document?

Hi
Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist regarding real-time editing.
Yes, Box supports concurrent editing of Microsoft Word documents via the Box for Office Online integration. The recommended maximum number of concurrent editors per document is 10, with a hard limit at 99. Beyond 10 co-editors, user experience may degrade gradually due to more conflicts and upload iterations needed, but up to 10 simultaneous editors should work well. Since your team has 9 members, this fits within the recommended concurrency limit for smooth real-time collaboration on Word Online documents stored in Box.
