How do I update my phone number when I can't login?

Help! I have another account I use <personal information - redacted> - not this one. That account has 2FA enabled. I have moved from Hong Kong to Singapore, and now the 2FA keeps sending the 6 digit code to my old number. Is there a way to update my phone number so I can log in?
