how do I remove 2 step verification ?

I had a client that asked/required a  2 step verification for a job. The job is done.  But I still have to use the 2 step verification sometimes even when I am not dealing with the old client folder etc. The 2 step ver. is a royal pain, how do I remove it?   Many Thanks in advance.

To remove a multi-factor authentication method from your individual account:

  1. Click on your account icon in the top-right corner of the page, and select Account Settings.
  2. Under the Account tab, scroll to the Authentication section.
  3. Click Remove next to the authentication method you want to remove, then click Remove in the confirmation dialog box.
