How do I open a support case with box? It looks like this is a common question.

Box did not update successfully on my computer.   The message said that I sent my logs successfully to Box, and to “open a support case” so someone could follow up with me.

To submit a case. Kindly follow below steps:

  1. Login to your Box account
  2. Search for Account and Billing
  3. Search for Contact Support
  4. Click submit case

 

Upon review, it appears that a ticket has not been created regarding your concern. Kindly provide us with details about the issue you are experiencing. Additionally, please inform us if you are encountering any error messages.
