I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but I'm not sure exactly how to word it. Someone left our company and when I removed their seat, I inherited their folders.

One of these was one of our main, top level folders. It is now inside a folder with the name of the former employee. How do I get it out of that folder and back to the top level? I have been fighting with this for weeks because it is not intuitive at all.
