It's pretty much just as described. It's one folder and I need to occasionally get videos down from it but I don't want them all on my desktop and killing my drive space. What's the way this has to be set up?

You can manually download those videos using the download button in Box, or if you need to do occasional bulk upload or download of files from your Box account, we recommend using FTP. Using Box with FTP is available to business and enterprise accounts and is intended and highly recommended for this purpose.
