How do I create a support ticket?

I closed Box Drive because it was causing multiple error notifications to the point my system was not usabe. It then wanted to send a log to Box which I allowed. It then told me I should create a support ticket. It took me to the general Box website, not a support specific location. Is creating a post here i this forum the same as creatig a support ticket, or do I need to do something else?

 

The error messages are frequent, so I really do want some support on this. I have an indivicual account and no corporate support for help. Is this the best place to get it?

Let me go ahead and open a new ticket regarding your issue. Someone from the Box Product Support team will reach out to you shortly. And moving forward, you can personally create a ticket without going to the Box Community page. You can  visit us through support.box.com

Hey Miss Rona… This is my first time here and using box.  I was gong to open a ticket because I just installed the desktop app, which leads me to the webpage to sign in, which then opens the box app, but doesn’t sign me in there.  No error messages, just the loop.  Can you help?
